How To Purchase
A quick guide on how to contact us on the product you are interested in purchasing
Firstly , identify the type of item you would like to purchase
Example : Display boxes , Item no DB 001
Note down the Item no and send us a mail at j-hobby@live.com with the link to the specific post and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a confirmation of your order and an order ID number
Should you have any inquiries do not hesitate to contact us at j-hobby@live.com and we shall assist you as best as possible .
Payment
We only take payment through online banking atm and the mediums we use are
Cimb Bank and Maybank
Further details can be acquired once an order has been confirmed via email to j-hobby@live.com
We are looking to expand our services to also be able to receive payment via paypal
Currently we only Ship within Malaysia , should there be more demands we might increase our coverage .

As such for pre-ordering our shipment arrives at the end of every month , as our products take a month to arrive after we place our order , which is usually the start of every month .
for products with available stock , we shall have them delivered as soon as we receive confirmation of order and a small deposit fee .

But should you prefer a different courier service , we can accommodate but extra charges will apply
Customer Feedback
Should you have Feedback on our products , eg : faulty products or should you be dissatisfied with our products , please do not hesitate to contact us with a description and a picture of the said defect , and we shall do our best to replace the faulty product with a new one
Our Products are double checked for quality before delivery therefore there should be nothing to worry about .
